As Chief Nursing Officer and VP of Patient Services, Dorothy has dedicated her career to improving patient outcomes and increasing patient satisfaction.

United Healthcare


Lili was a nurse manager at Spaulding Nursing and Therapy Center in Brighton where she helped establish a dedicated COVID area on her unit. During this time, Lili was diagnosed with breast cancer, and continued to support her patients while undergoing cancer treatment herself. She is now cancer-free and back to work at United Healthcare!

Thomas and Charlotte Flatley founded The Flatley Foundation to provide support to local and national causes. Charlotte was a nurse, and graduated from the Carney Hospital School of Nursing. Today, the Flatley family is one of the largest supporters of Labouré’s mission.

Carole completed her nursing degree as a single mother to six children. She carried on a fulfilling career as a nurse at the Little House Health Center in Dorchester and was beloved by all who knew her.

Memorial Scholarship

As a single mother in Dorchester, Carole worked as a nurse to support her six children. Today, her family has established a scholarship in her honor for single mothers working to earn their nursing degree. We ask for your help in raising $100,000 to endow this scholarship.

Caring, qualified nurses are needed today more than ever.

No one who is called to this field should be held back by financial limitations.
Proceeds fund scholarships that help to eliminate financial barriers to nursing education.
