Important Forms


All regular full-time and part-time employees are eligible to enroll immediately in the Labouré College Tax Deferred Annuity (TDA) Plan. Pre-tax deductions in an amount you choose will be automatically deducted from each paycheck.

All regular full-time and part-time employees with at least 1,000 hours or 12 months of service are eligible for the College matching funds and can enroll immediately in the Labouré College Direct Contribution (DC) Plan. The College will make additional contributions to your retirement savings, matching your contributions at 50% up to a maximum match equal to 3%, 4%, or 5% of your base income, depending on your age and years of service.
