Admission & Tuition

RN-BSN courses have six start dates each year: Spring I (January), Spring II (March), Summer I (May), Summer II (July), Fall I (September), and Fall II (November). You may apply at any time for consideration for the next upcoming start date. 

Below we'll cover the application process and the criteria we look for when reviewing applications. You'll also be able to quickly reference the tuition and fees for this program, and find information about applying for financial aid. 

Application

All applicants must submit the following:

  • Application with non-refundable application fee (waived for Labouré students and alumni)
    Note: Current Labouré College of Healthcare nursing students and Labouré College Alumni should submit the RN-BSN Alumni Transition form in lieu of application
  • Official college transcripts from all institutions attended

RN-BSN applicants must hold a current RN license in good standing. The Department of Admissions will verify this through your state licensing agency.

Note: Current Labouré College Associate of Science in Nursing students or alumni of Labouré College who have not yet taken the NCLEX should contact the Department of Admissions to discuss their options.

Admission Criteria

The Admissions team evaluates all applicants on the following minimum criteria and prerequisites outlined below. 

  • A minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher
  • A current RN license in good standing. The Department of Admissions will verify this through your state licensing agency.

2022-2023 Tuition and Fees 

Our RN-BSN program is one of the most competitively priced in the region. No hidden fees, or surprises - just exceptional nursing education.

Tuition is based on the number of credits you take each semester. The cost is $375 per credit for all BSN courses, plus the cost of books and supplies. Financial aid can help you pay for your program.

Additional fees include: 

  • Admissions Application Fee: $25
  • Matriculation Fee: $200 (paid by the Admission Deposit)
  • Registration fee (per semester): $50
  • Graduation Fee: $250
    • This fee will be charged in the last semester at the college to cover the cost of graduation processing.

All fees are nonrefundable 

Massachusetts requires that all students enrolled in nine or more credits each semester have health insurance. Read more about this requirement.
