Admission & Tuition

Neurodiagnostic technology courses start each Spring (January), Summer (May) and Fall (September). You may apply at any time for consideration for the next upcoming start date. 

Below we'll cover the application process and the criteria we look for when reviewing applications. You'll also be able to quickly reference the tuition and fees for this program, and find information about applying for financial aid. 

Application 

All applicants are responsible for submitting or completing the following:

  • Completed application for admission, with non-refundable application fee
  • Documentation of high school graduation, GED completion, or other state approved equivalency credential
  • Official college transcript(s) from all institutions attended (if applicable) 
  • Attend an information session webinar
  • Submit an essay 
    • 300-500 words on why NDT is important in medicine today and why you wish to pursue this field. If you have related work experience, you may also use your essay to describe your experience with this field.
      Essay is waived for applicants with a bachelor’s degree or higher; degrees are verified and essay requirement removed upon receipt of college transcript.  

Applicants whose native language is not English and who have not graduated from an American high school or college may be asked to take the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL).

Admission Criteria

The Admissions team evaluates all applicants on the following minimum criteria and prerequisites outlined below. 

  • Evidence of graduation from an accredited high school, completion of a GED with a minimum standard score of 150 for each test, or completion of the HiSET with a minimum standard score of 45
  • An overall GPA of 2.0 or higher
  • A strong foundation in reading, writing, mathematics, and science

Prerequisites

No specific coursework is required; however, some level of college success in math, science, computer, and/or writing is strongly preferred if no prior related work experience.
 

Notes: Clinical arrangements must be in place prior to a student's acceptance and start date. Our team will assist you with arranging a clinical site.

2023-2024 Tuition and Fees 

Tuition is based on the number of credits you take each semester.

The cost is $475 per credit for all NDT courses, plus the cost of books and supplies. Financial aid can help you pay for your program. 

Additional fees include: 

  • Admissions Application Fee: $25
  • Matriculation Fee: $250 (paid by the Admission Deposit)
  • Registration fee (per semester): $100
  • Technology Fee: $40 per credit
  • Graduation Fee: $100
    • This fee will be charged in the last semester at the college to cover the cost of graduation processing.

All fees are nonrefundable 

Many hospitals financially assist employees in their collegiate endeavors. This is a benefit offered through employers.
